Tyson Beem joined the Los Angeles office of Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman (GR&F) in 1998 shortly after graduating from the University of Southern California. Tyson obtained his CPA license in 2003 and was named a partner in 2012.

With a diversified roster of clients including directors, producers, actors, writers, composers, recording artists/performers, singer/songwriters, athletes, influencers and executives. With a focus on immediate and specific client needs, he encourages long term financial independence and success through tailored day-to-day transactional needs, foreign and domestic tax planning, tour accounting, asset acquisition and business growth.

Todd graduated from the University of California Berkeley with a B.A. in accounting and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. After college, Todd joined the international accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand (“C&L”), where he spent the following nine years. He gained significant experience in international business operations through two years spent in the London offices of C&L. In 1987, Todd relocated to Los Angeles, where he joined GR&F. He has served as the firm’s CEO for over 20 years.

Todd’s clients are among the most successful musicians, actors, writers, directors, sports personalities and high net worth individuals in the entertainment industry. He and his family have been actively involved in advocating for Alzheimer’s research through The Judy Fund named after his mother Judy Gelfand. To date, thanks to the efforts of many supporters, they have raised over $9m towards research and brain health.

Todd enjoys playing tennis and spends his free time with his wife Doreen, their 3 children and their 4 granddaughters.

Cary MacMiller joined the Los Angeles office of Gelfand, Rennert and Feldman in 2005. From 1999 through 2005, he was associated with Breslauer and Rutman LLC and was a partner since 2000.

Cary’s roster of clients consists of high net worth and industry executives, movie and television personalities, musicians and financial executives. He provides his clients with management of their business and personal financial affairs, as well as assisting them with any special purchases or construction projects. He works with his clients to ensure that their long term financial goals and planning are met. Cary graduated from California State University Northridge in 1985 with a degree in accounting.

Grady Brown joined the Los Angeles office of Gelfand, Rennert, & Feldman (GR&F) in 2008, and was named Managing Director in 2020.  Prior to that, Grady spent 4 years working as a tax accountant at a regional tax firm, gaining valuable experience in domestic and international taxation for businesses and individuals.  He has more than 15 years of tax and business management experience, which he uses to assist his clients in achieving their short and long term goals. His diverse roster of clients includes Grammy-winning and Platinum-selling recording artists, touring musicians, Hollywood directors, film producers, TV personalities, and other high net-worth individuals.  Grady holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Christopher Fazzolari joined Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman in 2002 and currently co-heads the Royalty Examination Group.

During his career, Christopher has conducted successful royalty, profit participation and joint venture examinations throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. The companies that he has examined include record labels, merchandising companies, digital media companies, music publishing companies, film studios, cable television networks and other companies. He also specializes in providing consulting services for music catalog sales, valuations, contract negotiations, financial due diligence and royalty platform reviews.  Chris also directs a staff dedicated to music royalty administration for independent record labels.  His clients include many Multi-Platinum and Grammy award winning artists, Academy Award winners and Fortune 500 companies.

Christopher received his BS in Finance from Towson University and is a member of the Association of Independent Music Publishers (AIMP) and Licensing Industry Merchandiser’s Association (LIMA).

Mark Goodman graduated from the University of Arizona in 2007 with a B.S. in Accounting before continuing his education and graduating with a Masters of Business Taxation degree from the University of Southern California in 2008.  Mark joined GR&F in and was named Managing Director in 2018.

Mark’s roster of clients consist of touring musicians, producers and record labels, film and television personalities, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals.  His tax expertise, financial acumen and hands-on approach to his client’s business affairs allow him to assist and successfully steward his client’s short and long term goals.

Bill manages the business affairs and oversees the touring for a wide range of Grammy Award® winning and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame™ artists and bands. Bill’s music and touring practice handles some of the biggest names in music by utilizing his key personal and professional relationships with industry leaders – including managers, agents, promoters and vendors.  He is also an expert in international tax withholding requirements, mitigation and compliance and has developed and implemented best-practices for the firm in tour accounting and client reporting.

Enza was with Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman (GR&F) for about 6.5 years in the late ‘90’s where she started as a Tax Manager and later transitioned to Business Management. After spending some time at another business management firm, she returned to her roots at GR&F in 2018 where she was named Managing Director in January of 2022. With her more than 30 years of experience, Enza assists her clients in achieving their financial goals and managing their family and business affairs. Her clientele includes high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, producers, actors, writers, and directors.

Enza is a graduate of California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance.

David L. Lloyd is a Partner with the Los Angeles-based multi-family office business management firm WG&S, LLP. He manages the financial and related business affairs of entertainers and high-net-worth individuals. Mr. Lloyd began his career in 2003 with KPMG in Los Angeles where he worked in the audit division, specializing in banking and retail clients.  In 2005 Mr. Lloyd was asked to be the Lead In-Charge for the audit of the Rolling Stones’ “A Bigger Bang” tour.  This three year engagement opened Mr. Lloyd’s eyes to the possibility of combining his passion for music with his professional skill set.  In 2008 he joined the business management firm of Provident Financial Management to expand his knowledge and expertise. While here he acquired valuable experience with rotations in the music publishing and tax departments.  In August of 2010, Mr. Lloyd was hired by NKSFB where he worked with high-profile entertainment clients including Grammy-winning recording artists, producers, talent managers, actors and record labels.  After four years at NKSFB, Mr. Lloyd moved his practice to WG&S, LLP where he and his team provide tour budgeting, expense projection, royalty review, recording and tracking. Mr. Lloyd received his Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington and holds a Masters in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Adriane Hibbert is a partner of Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman, LLP and has been with the firm for over 20 years. As a business manager, Adriane oversees the business and financial affairs of her clients, which include musicians, touring clients, actors, producers, directors, music composers and songwriters.

Adriane is a 1986 graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Howard Grossman is the co-founding Partner of the Los Angeles-based multi-family office business management firm WG&S, LLP. He manages the Family Office and Entertainment Division which provides concierge and family office services and advice to national and international high-net-worth individuals, entertainers and owners of intellectual property. Mr. Grossman was a founding partner of Goldman, Lichtenberg, Wasserman and Grossman (“GLWG”), Inc. Founded in 1988, GLWG was a pioneering financial management firm whose diverse services managed the daily financial lives of its high-net-worth clientele. Focused on entrepreneurs, executives, and entertainment industries in Southern and Northern California, and the mid-Atlantic, GLWG was a leader in the development of financial management services to individuals and families. In August 2000, GLWG was acquired by JPMorgan Chase Private Bank, and Mr. Grossman became a managing director of the J.P. Morgan family office group. In June 2003, he took the J.P. Morgan/GLWG entertainment group private and, in 2007, reunited his practice with Eric Wasserman, his partner of more than twenty years. They subsequently founded WG&S. Under their leadership, the firm has added four additional partners, and employs over sixty professionals with offices in Los Angeles and Marin County, California; Wilmington, Delaware and Austin, Texas. Mr. Grossman graduated from the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business. He is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs. He sits on the board of the Grammy Foundation and MusiCares.

Andrew Crow joined the Partnership of WG&S, LLP in 2010, and specializes in providing all facets of business management and family office services for A-list talent including actors, writers, directors and producers, senior entertainment executives, and high-net-worth individuals.

In 1998, Mr. Crow joined Tanner Mainstain Hoffer & Peyrot. While at Tanner, Mr. Crow began to finesse his technical expertise by obtaining both his CPA license and Masters in Taxation. Mr. Crow’s higher education has enabled him to handle more complex tax issues and provide his clients with the ability to successfully forecast short-term and long-term goals.

Mr. Crow began his professional career in 1996 at Brown, Kraft & Co., LLP where he was able to utilize his diverse business background and contacts in the entertainment industry to set the stage for his quickly growing practice. Mr. Crow obtained a Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University and graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in History.

Jeff’s clients include individuals associated with the motion picture industry, musicians, athletes, music composers for motion pictures and television, and high net worth individuals.

Mike has more than 30 years’ experience in the accounting, financial and commercial aspects of media and entertainment industries with a primary focus on business management within the music industry.

In addition to providing general business management and accounting services to music and entertainment clients, many of whom are household names, Mike has also specialized in royalty and copyright auditing, catalogue valuations and litigation support within the music sector.

Mike splits his time between the London and Los Angeles offices of GR&F and in addition to providing business management services to his varied client base he also oversees the touring activities of many US artists touring Europe as well as overseeing the GR&F London royalty audit department.

Mike has lectured at many music industry events and conferences and has also appeared as an expert and material witness in court many times in both high-profile divorce cases and commercial music industry related litigation.

Prior to joining GR&F, he was employed for eight years by the international accounting firm of Ernst and Young. Rick graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1983.

Eduardo J. Pabellón is a Managing Director with Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman, LLC. He manages the financial and related business affairs of musicians, actors, entertainers, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.

Eduardo began his business management career in 2007 at GLWG where he worked in the Newark, DE office in the business management practice, focusing on accounting and financial management for iconic music artists, entrepreneurs, and other high-net-worth individuals. In 2009, he relocated to the Los Angeles office of the firm, which by then became Wasserman, Grossman & Sloan, LLP. In 2019, WG&S, LLP was acquired by Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman, LLC.

Eduardo received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from West Chester University of PA. He is a California-licensed CPA and member of the California Society of CPAs.

Mario Testani joined Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman (“GR&F”) in the New York business management practice in 1981 and became a partner in 1988. He graduated with honors from Queens College of the City University of New York in 1977, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting. Prior to joining GR&F, Mario began his career with positions in the health care and public service industries. with an accounting position at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center followed by several years on the audit staff of the New York State Comptroller’s office. In this role, he performed and supervised audits on Fortune 500 companies, banking organizations and municipalities.

Mario represents a diverse group of high profile clients including songwriters, touring artists, actors, writers and television personalities. He provides his clients with sound financial advice in all aspects of their business and financial activities. Mario’s particular areas of expertise include music publishing, recording, concert tours, film and television, with particular attention to growth, preservation of capital and tax considerations while overseeing the firm’s tour department personnel.

John Menneci joined Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman (GRF) in 2001 and works out of its White Plains, New York office. He currently co-heads the New York arm of GRF’s New York Royalty Examination Group.

John specializes in conducting royalty examinations on behalf of prominent recording artists, songwriters and merchandise licensors and has over 25 years of experience in this field. He has travelled across the globe to conduct examinations on behalf of the firm’s clients and has audited an array of different licensees in both the physical and digital space with great success. John also specializes in conducting due diligence and valuations in connection with copyright acquisitions and estate tax matters.

He is an active member of several trade organizations such as: Association of Independent Music Publishers (AIMP), Licensing Industry Merchandiser’s Association (LIMA) and Copyright Society of the USA (CSUSA). John is a 1993 graduate of S.U.N.Y. Binghamton and received a Master’s Degree from Baruch College in 1996.

He is known for his hands-on style and is well versed in the challenges facing the music industry.

He joined the New York office of GR&F in 1993 and became partner in 2000.

Todd has a diverse roster of high-profile entertainment industry clients. He employs a hands-on approach in overseeing various aspects of their businesses, including touring, publishing administration and recording. Todd has helped manage the growth of the GR&F fashion clientele. His fashion industry clients include world renowned photographers, make-up artists, models and fashion publications.

Ron Nash joined Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman (GR&F) in October, 1979 as an intern in the firm’s business management practice. Upon graduation, Ron joined the firm on a full-time basis and became a partner in 1988. Ron now serves as the Managing Partner of the GR&F New York offices and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, where he provides business management, tax, and financial consulting services on a national level to high net worth individuals and high profile entertainers along with their closely-held businesses.

Ron has participated in all areas of the firm’s activities with particular concentration in the financial affairs of clients in the fields of music, concert touring, acting, directing, modeling, writing and fashion design.

Rick Fisher joined the Nashville office of Gelfand, Rennert and Feldman (GR&F) in 2014 as a result of the merger between GR&F and Haber Corporation. Prior to the merger Rick had worked with Haber Corporation since 1996.

Rick is involved in the business and financial affairs of his clients that include songwriters, performers, producers, industry executives and athletes. He advises clients on the management of their day-to-day business and financial affairs with the ultimate goal of their long-term financial well-being. He received his BS in Accounting from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Rose Cortina is the founder of Cortina Business Management Inc. (2002), a Boston based boutique business management firm which was acquired by Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman LLP in March 2023.  Rose graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a BS in Accounting and began her career with the international accounting and consulting firm of Ernst and Young (E&Y).

Rose is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience as a business manager and advisor.  Her clients include high net worth families and individuals, film and television personalities, musicians, and athletes.  Rose provides unparalleled personal care and attention to serving her clients and their needs.

Jeff Kaye

Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant, Jeff Kaye began his career in the entertainment industry in 1987, working in the London office of Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman.

He soon established significant experience in the music business with worldwide “on the road” tour accounting assignments for many top performing artists. While growing a business management service based in London, he also undertook international royalty audits and other forensic accounting work. This extensive career journey has enabled Jeff to provide his clients with advice based on a thorough understanding of their music business activities.

Jeff advises on the accounting and tax affairs of creative talent from the start of their careers through to major artists at the peak of their success, encompassing the various business cycles they face.

He is committed to helping his clients plan their financial affairs in line with their goals, while guiding them through the often complex world of the entertainment business. In doing so, he values building long term relationships.

Jeff was a national class athlete in his younger days and is a lifetime supporter of Arsenal FC.

Simon Hopkins

Following a history degree at Durham University, Simon trained as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser in London. He specialised in cross-border tax with the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young. During this time, Simon dealt with many corporate groups and entrepreneurial businesses ranging from soft drinks businesses, through motorcycle marques, airlines and of course music and entertainment clients

After Simon joined the GRF team in London, he became more focused on music and entertainment. In particular, he advises on tax structuring for touring, and vehicles for holding publishing and recording rights. He is responsible for tax advice on sales of these rights alongside transactions in related businesses such as artist management or agencies.

Simon also advises on other personal tax issues, such as remuneration planning, property, trusts, residence and so on. The residence rules, in particular, present opportunities and pitfalls for his peripatetic client base of musicians, movie stars and executives.

Alongside this client roster, Simon deals with entrepreneurs in diverse business sectors such as footwear, logistics, software and manufacturing.

Ewen has over 25 years’ experience of all aspects of the music industry. His journey has taken him from being a chart bothering touring artist, through a spell in major label A&R to in house accountant for an internationally renowned concert promoter. He then ventured into the world of business management when he joined what is now the GRF London office in 2014. He specialises in full business management and touring services, building a varied client roster that includes developing artists and established international stars, along with promoters, agents and managers.

Karen started her journey in the music industry over 30 years ago when she joined GRF.

Karen is a fully experienced specialist in all aspects of accounting in the music and entertainment industry. She has worked closely with and guided emerging new artists through to superstars on their personal and business finances.

Karen recognizes the importance of leadership and how managing and supporting the team that surrounds us adds to the quality of the service we provide to clients.

Having trained with a large firm Stephen originally joined Gelfand Rennert and Feldman in 1988. In addition to extensive business management experience Stephen has also been the finance director of both an independent record company and a sports management company as well as an owner-host of a Brazilian beach restaurant. Having providing hands on business management services to clients ranging from startup bands to major international stars he is experienced in tour accounting, international taxation of touring artists, catalogue and company valuations and has also provided financial litigation support.

In particular, Helen enjoys working with emerging talent and building long term relationships with clients from their development years and throughout their successful careers.

Jo joined what is now the London office of GRF in 2008. Since then she has gained extensive experience in business management for clients ranging from major international touring acts, songwriters, producers, management companies and actors. She has particular experience with tax issues on cross border clients – mostly UK/US, tax planning for overseas touring and cashflow management for early stage artists and companies. Jo takes pride in building strong relationships with her clients and has always been a hugely passionate music fan which flows through into her work.
